​Highgarden Farm is located on 17 acres in Frederick, MD. We are just a few minutes off 15, 270, and 70. We offer a lighted outdoor with brand new high end footing, renovated main barn with large stalls, wash stall with hot water, tack rooms with heat, several different turnout options, and top notch care.

Justine has been riding and showing since she was 11 years old. She has experience up to the top levels in hunters, jumpers, and equitation. In recent years she has had riders  place at MAEF, Gittings Finals, WIHS, Marshall and Sterling Finals, and MHSA Finals. Her riders have won many circuit and year end awards.   

Here at HF we believe that our riders and horses are individuals and therefore need individual programs. Justine works with our talented team of farriers, vets, and others to get the best performance out of everyone of our athletes- human and equine. Whatever your goals are, we can create a perfect program for you and your partner!
